SMC18 binds SIRPα and PD-L1 to block CD47/SIRPα and PD-1/PD-L1 interaction.
SMC18 does not impede the hTIGIT/hPVR, hLAG-3/hFGL-1, hCD112R/hCD112, and hTIM-3/hGal-9 pathways.
SMC18 effectively enhances the macrophages-mediated phagocytosis of tumor cells.
SMC18 effectively inhibits the phosphorylation of PD-1 and restores T cell function.
SMC18 (6 mg/kg) significantly inhibits MC38 tumor growth and triggers antitumor immune response, shows no hematotoxicity and hepatotoxicity.
SMC18 exhibits synergistic inhibition of MC38 tumor growth by combining with radiotherapy.
