Biological Activity

SN-89B is a potent LRRC8 channel inhibitorsuppresses agonist-induced platelet activation and aggregation (IC50=840 nM).
SN-89B strongly inhibits ATP and ADP efflux elicited in response to hypotonic swelling in MEG-01 cells.
SN-89B significantly reduces agonist-induced human platelet aggregation, as well as phosphorylation of AKT1, AKT2, and GSK-3β.
SN-89B (50 mg/kg) significantly prolongs FeCl3-induced carotid arterial thrombosis in WT C57BL/6J mice.
