SNIPER(ABL)-062 shows desirable binding affinities against ABL1, cIAP1/2, and XIAP (IC50=80-500 nM).
SNIPER(ABL)-062 inhibits BCR-ABL-mediated signaling pathways and CML proliferation in cells expressing BCR-ABL.
