SOMG833 (Zgwatinib) is a potent, selective, ATP-competitive c-MET inhibitor with IC50 of 0.93 nM.
SOMG833 displays >10,000-fold selectivity over panel of 20 kinases, including c-MET family member RON and highly homologous kinase AXL.
SOMG833 significantly inhibits c-MET phosphorylation and the proliferation of c-MET-dependent EBC-1, MKN-45, SNU-5, and BaF3/TPR-MET cell lines with IC50 of 0.160-0.457 uM, through G1/S cell cycle arrest.
SOMG833 demonstrates remarkable antitumor efficacy in vivo.
