SPA8007 is a novel potent BTK inhibitor, shows cytotoxic effects on GBM tumorspheres (TSs) with IC50 of 9.7 and 10 uM in normal human astrocyte and GBM TS13-64, significantly reduce the stemness and invasive properties of GBM TSs.
SPA8007 suppresses proliferation, stemness and invasiveness of GBM TSs.
SPA8007 significantly improves survival in an orthotopic mouse xenograft model.
