    SR-2890 is a potent, highly selective casein kinase 1δ/1ε (CK1δ/ε) inhibitor with IC50 of 4 nM for CK1δ.
    SR-2890 inhibits melanoma A375 cell growth with EC50 of 38 nM in MTT assays.
    SR-2890 has physical, in vitro and in vivo PK properties suitable for use in proof of principle animal xenograft studies against human cancer cell lines.
