    Biological Activity

    SRI-37264 (SRI 37264) is a small molecule inhibitor of HIV-1 Nef-mediated activation of the myeloid Src-family kinase Hck, blocks HIV-1 replication in macrophages and disrupts MHC-I downregulation.
    SRI-37264 bound directly to recombinant Nef by surface plasmon resonance (SPR) in vitro.
    SRI-37264 inhibited HIV-1 replication in primary macrophages in the 0.04 to 5 μM range without cytotoxicity.
