Chemical Structure : SU212
Catalog No.: PC-25684Not For Human Use, Lab Use Only.
SU212 is a small molecule AMPK activator, specifically binds to enolase 1 (ENO1) and induces its degradation, restricting its intracellular localization, selectively induces oxidative phosphorylation and decreases glycolysis in TNBC cells, with no ettect in normal cells.

SU212 is a small molecule AMPK activator, specifically binds to enolase 1 (ENO1) and induces its degradation, restricting its intracellular localization, selectively induces oxidative phosphorylation and decreases glycolysis in TNBC cells, with no ettect in normal cells.
SU212 induces mitotic phase arrest and apoptosis in TNBC cells.
SU212 inhibits tumour growth, cancer progression and metastasis in vivo.
SU212 strongly inhibits ENO1 protein expression in multiple TNBC cell lines (MDA-MB-231, MDA-MB-468, and EMT6) in a dose-dependent manner.
SU212 promotes ENO1 degradation through both proteasomal and autophagic pathways.
SU212 does not directly inhibit ENO1 enzymatic activity.
SU212 inhibits cellular glycolysis and the mTOR signaling pathway.
