Biological Activity

A potent, selective dual site inhibitor of Src tyrosine kinase with Ki of 15 nM; has IC50 of 44 nM and 88 nM for Src and Lck, respectively; shows selectivity over VEGFR2 (88-fold) and C-fms (190-fold), also inhibits Csk and Yes with similar potency as Src, no activity against p38α/p38β MAPKs or CK1δ.
