THI0019 enhances α4β7, α5β1, and αLβ2-mediated cell adhesion.
THI0019 does not induce expression of α4β1 or LIBS epitopes.
THI0019 facilitates cell spreading on VCAM-1, and enhances SDF-1-mediated cell migration.
