Biological Activity

THY-10A62 is a potent small molecule inhibitor of Focal adhesion kinase (FAK) with IC50 of 12 nM, has IC50 of 2.39 μM and 10.07 μM against the liver cancer cell lines YY8103 and SMMC7721, respectively.
THY-10A62 binds to ATP-binding site of FAK.
THY-10A62 (10 and 30 mg/kg, i.p.) exhibits tumor growth inhibition in nude mice bearing SMMC7721 tumors.
THY-10A62 demonstrates in vivo antitumor activity against HCC.
