    Biological Activity

    TIM-098a is a potent, selective AP2-associated protein kinase 1 (AAK1) with IC50 of 0.24 uM, inhibits AAK1 activity in transfected cultured cells with IC50 of 0.87 uM.
    TIM-098a displays 4–30-fold selectivity over other NAKs, including GAK, BIKE, and STK16.
    TIM-098a (10 uM) suppresses the AAK1-regulated clathrin-dependent endocytosis in HeLa cells.
