Chemical Structure : TRULI
CAS No.: 2687970-23-4
Catalog No.: PC-49207Not For Human Use, Lab Use Only.
TRULI is a small molecule Yap signaling activator, acts as an ATP-competitive inhibitor of Lats kinases in vitro (Lats1 kinase, IC50=0.2 nM, 10 uM ATP), prevents Yap phosphorylation in the cell-based assays with EC50 of 510 nM.

TRULI potently inhibits Lats1 kinase activity with IC50 of 4.3nM at 50 uM ATP, and 80 nM at 250 uM ATP.
TRULI inhibits both Lats1 and Lats2 with IC50 of 0.2 nM.
TRULI treatment reduced the proportion of phosphorylated Yap and induced cardiomyocyte proliferation on cardiomyocytes and Müller glia.
TRULI (10 uM, 24 h) reduced Yap phosphorylation on retinal organoids derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells.
TRULI promotes the initial stages of proliferative regeneration of the sensory receptors in the inner ear.
