Biological Activity

TY-52156 is a potent, selective S1P3 receptor antagonist with Ki of 110 nM.
TY-52156 preferentially inhibited the S1P-induced increase in [Ca2]i in S1P3-CHO rather than S1P1-, S1P2-CHO, and S1P4-Chem.
TY-52156 inhibited both the S1P-induced increase in [Ca(2+)](i) and Rho activation in human coronary artery smooth muscle cells.
TY-52156 inhibited FTY-720-induced S1P(3) receptor-mediated bradycardia in vivo.
