Biological Activity

Thiazovivin is a small molecule inhibitor of ROCK, dramatically improves (200-fold) the efficiency of iPSC generation from human fibroblasts.
Thiazovivin dramatically improves the survival of hESCs upon trypsinization.
Addition of Thiazovivin to cocktail of SB431542 and PD0325901 also vastly improves the survival of iPSCs after splitting by trypsinization.
Thiazovivin induces porcine embryonic fibroblasts into adipocytes.
