Tianeptinaline has EC50 of 3.98 and 0.67 uM in H3K9ac and H4K12ac assays, respectively。
Tianeptinaline increases histone acetylation, and enhances CREB-mediated transcription and the expression of Arc (activity-regulated cytoskeleton-associated protein)。
Tianeptinaline enhances contextual fear conditioning, a behavioral test of hippocampal-dependent memory, after in vivo administration.
