UBD253 (SGC-UBD253) displays little to no affinity for other USPs (>100-fold selectivity). SGC-UBD253 potently (<100 nM) binds HDAC6-UBD (ubiquitin binding domain), decreases the interaction between full-length HDAC6 with ISG15.
