    Biological Activity

    UNC-SOB-5-16 is a potent, selective STK3 small-molecule inhibitor with IC50 of 22 nM, also inhibits LRRK2.
    UNC-SOB-5-16 displays high selectivity in the DiscoveRx KINOMEscan panel of 451 kinase assays, only 10 kinases give a percent of control (PoC) <90% at 1 uM.
    UNC-SOB-5-16 shows affinity to STK3 in live cells in the STK3-NanoBRET assay with IC50 of 2.7 uM.
    UNC-SOB-5-16 inhibits HVMP2 spheroid growth by more than 50% at 10 μM doses.
