Biological Activity
UNC8209 is a a selective cereblon-recruiting PROTAC degrader of TANK-binding kinase 1 (TBK1) with DC50 of 80 nM and 23 nM in A498 and 769-P cells respectively.
UNC8209 mediates TBK1 degradation through the CRBN-dependent ubiquitin-proteasome pathway.
UNC8209 displays high selectivity for TBK1 degradation over its homolog IKKε.
UNC8209 effectively suppressed proliferation in the majority of VHL-deficient RCC lines.
UNC8209 exerts growth-inhibitory activity in ccRCC tumorigenesis.
