Biological Activity

VISTA inhibitor B3 is a potent, small molecule inhibitor of V-domain Ig suppressor of T-cell activation (VISTA) with binding KD of 0.452 uM.
B3 promotes the release of cytokine IL-2 in Jurkat cells and induces VISTA degradation in HepG2 cells.
B3 exhibits favorable oral bioavailability in rats.
B3 (30, 60, and 120 mg/kg, p.o.) significantly inhibited tumor growth in mouse CT-26 subcutaneous transplant tumor model.
