VU6045422 is a potent, selective M1 positive allosteric modulator (PAM) with EC50 of 192 nM, 80% ACh Max (hM1).
VU6045422 does not induce a significant long-term depression of fEPSPs in the mouse layer 5 prefrontal cortex.
VU6045422 was significantly more stable than VU0467319, but was found less stable in liver microsomes.
