Biological Activity

VUF10460 is a potent, selective histamine H4 receptor agonist with pKi of 7.46 and 8.22 for rat and human H4, respectively.
VUF10460 displays >50-fold selectivity over H3 receptors.
VUF10460 significantly enhances HCl-induced gastric lesions in rat stomach, but not the H3 selective agonist JNJ7777120.
