    XZ9002 is a first-in-class HDAC3-specific PROTAC that potently degrades HDAC3 with DC50 of 42 nM in MDA-MB-468 cells.
    XZ9002 shows no effect on the protein levels of HDACs 1, 2, and 6.
    Proteasome inhibitor MG132 blocks XZ9002-induced HDAC3 degradation.
    XZ9002 has potent antiproliferative activity against cancer cells.
