Biological Activity

YH395A is a specific inhibitor of TGFβ receptor 1 (TGFβR1) with MST KD of 35.6 uM, abrogates Smad-dependent signaling in TNBC.
YH395A exhibits significant inhibition of MDA-MB-231 cell invasion with IC50 of 0.42 uM.
YH395A inhibits breast cancer cell metastasis.
YH395A effectively inhibited TNBC cell proliferation, with IC50 of 0.08 ± 0.03 µM in MDA-MB-231, 0.22 ± 0.04 µM in BT549, 0.27 ± 0.06 µM in SUM159, 0.02 ± 0.004 µM in BT-20, and 0.14 ± 0.01 µM in MDA-MB-468 cells.
YH395A suppressed tumor growth of a patient-derived xenograft mouse model.
