Biological Activity

YS3375 is a potent and selective ENPP1 inhibitor with IC50 of 19.4 nM, shows weak to negligible ENPP2 and ENPP23 inhibition.
YS3375 enhanced cGAMP-induced expression of STING pathway genes (IFNB1, CXCL10, IL6) in a concentration-dependent manner without cytotoxicity.
YS3375 40 mg/kg) in combination with an anti-PD-1 antibody, achieved superior tumor growth inhibition, significantly prolonged survival in CT-26 colorectal cancer model.
