Biological Activity

YW2065 is is a potent, selective inhibitor of Wnt signaling by stabilizing Axin-1 with IC50 of 2.3 nM in Wnt-HEK293 luciferase gene reporter assays, also activates the tumor suppressor AMPK.

YW2065 demonstrated good potencies in killing human CRC SW480 cells with IC50 of 2.4 uM.

YW2065 activated AMPK through phosphorylation, which in turn led to the phosphorylation of the downstream substrate acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC) in a dose-dependent manner.

YW2065 inhibited CRC cell proliferation and growth in vitro.

YW2065 (10 or 50 mg/kg, i.p.) suppressed SW620 tumor growth in vivo.
