ZRMQ-22 is a highly potent DYRK1A inhibitor with IC50 of 0.35 nM, concentration-dependently inhibits nitric oxide (NO) production in LPS-stimulated BV2 cells with IC50 of 1 uM.
ZRMQ-22 (1 uM) significantly suppressed the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α and IL-6, with inhibition rates of 64.99% and 114.35%, respectively.
ZRMQ-22 effectively reduced levels of inflammatory markers and improved cognitive function in an LPS-induced neuroinflammation mouse model using C57BL/6 mice.
