Biological Activity

ZSP1601 is a non-selective, pan-phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitor with IC50 of 2.82 uM, exerts anti-inflammatory activities.
ZSP1601 can increse the intracellular concentration of cAMP to suppress the synthesis of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), a pro-inflammatory cytokine that induces inflammation and hepatocellular damage in NASH.
ZSP1601 has inhibitory effects on other subsets of PDE, including PDE1A, PDE4B, and PDE5A.
