ZSTK3744 hydrochloride is a small molecule Aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) agonist, exhibits cell growth inhibitory activity with IC50 of 0.87 nM for chemotherapy-resistant TNBC MDA-MB-468 cells.
ZSTK3744 exerts its cell growth-inhibitory activity through an apoptosis-mediated mechanism.
ZSTK3744 demonstrates more potent efficacy than adriamycin, paclitaxel, and eribulin in chemotherapy-resistant cells.
ZSTK3744 significantly reduces the viability of MM468, MM453, and DU4475 cells.
ZSTK3744 induces CYP1A1 and CYP1B1 mRNA expression in MM468, MM453, and DU4475 cells.
ZSTK3744 administration at 2.5 and 5 mg/kg significantly reduced the tumor volume in MM468-transplanted mice.
