    dEF3122 is a highly potent small molecule inhibitor of influenza virus replication with IC50 of 3 nM in neuraminidase activity assays, taregts NEET family of protein NAF-1.
    Oral administration of dEF3122 for 8 wk resolved portal inflammation and fibrosis in the liver in mouse model recapitulated phenotypes of NASH associated with chronic kidney disease.
    dEF3122 counteracts virus- induced mitochondria network hyperfusion.
