pan-IFN inhibitor 5k is a potent and selective inhibitor of interferon-induced JAK-STAT signalling, blocks IFNγ activation of JAK-STAT signalling, also inhibits type I and III IFN-induced STAT phosphorylation in vitro.
pan-IFN inhibitor 5k selectively inhibits IFN-induced tyrosine phosphorylation of STAT1 and STAT2, with no significant effect on STAT1 activation by EGF.
