A novel potent, selective Y4R positive allosteric modulator (EC50=5.1 uM) that potentiates Y4R activation in G-protein signaling and arrestin3 recruitment experiments; displyas no effect on Y1R, Y2R, and Y5R at 30 uM; selectively potentiates Y4R agonism initiated by pancreatic polypeptide (PP) in mouse descending colon mucosa preparations expressing native Y4R.
