Biological Activity

16D10 is a small molecule inhibitor of TSLP production, binds to the BD1 domain of BRD4 with Kd of 1.5 uM, inhibits TSLP production by preventing BRD4 from binding to the TSLP promoter region.
16D10 suppresses TSLP production in mouse and human keratinocytes and in the ovalbumin-induced air-pouch-type inflammation model of mice without inhibiting Tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) production.
16D10 suppresses allergen-induced IgE production in mice.
