Biological Activity
ACKR3 agonist 27 is a potent, selective small molecule agonist of atypical chemokine receptor ACKR3 (CXCR7) with EC50 of 69 nM in β-arrestin recruitment assays, Emax=82%.
ACKR3 agonist 27 does not show agonistic activity against ACKR2, CXCR3, and CXCR4 at 10 uM.
ACKR3 agonist 27 demonstrates excellent P-selectin expression reduction up to 80%.
ACKR3 agonist 27 exhibits potent inhibitory effects on platelet aggregation (40% aggregation reduction).
ACKR3 agonist 27 exhibits metabolic stability, low cytotoxicity, and moderate kinetic solubility, rendering it a suitable tool compound for future in vitro and in vivo studies.
