Biological Activity
ADGRL1 inhibitor compound 2 is a potential small molecule inhibitor of adhesion G protein-coupled receptor L1 (ADGRL1/Latrophilin-1), activates the GSK3β-STAT1 axis in CT26 cells in vitro, consistent with the knockdown of Adgrl1.
ADGRL1 inhibitor compound 2 targets the GAIN domain of ADGRL1.
ADGRL1 inhibitor compound 2 enhances the infiltration of CD8+ T cells and cDC1s and increased the expression of the activation markers CD69 on CD8+ T cells and CD86 on cDC1s.
ADGRL1 inhibitor compound 2 elicits robust antitumor immunity in CT26 syngeneic mouse models.
