Biological Activity

ADTL-SA1215 is a small-molecule activator of SIRT3 with EC50 of 0.21 uM, specifically activates SIRT3 but not SIRT1, SIRT2, and SIRT5.
ADTL-SA1215 induces SIRT3-driven autophagy/mitophagy-associated cell death in MDA-MB-231 TNBC cells (IC50=2.19 uM).
ADTL-SA1215 exerts anti-tumor effect by targeting SIRT3-modulated autophagy in the MDA-MB-231 TNBC mouse xenograft model.
