    Biological Activity

    AM6527 is a highly potent, selective cannabinoid CB1 receptor antagonist with binding Ki of 4.88 nM, 100-fold selective over CB2 receptors.
    AM6527 shows no affinity against a variety of neurotransmitter related receptors, ion-channels, enzymes and peptides.
    AM6527 produced a dose-dependent decrease in responding on FR5 in rates with ED50 of 1.49 mg/kg (orally administered).
