    AN-329/43448068 (AN-329) is a small molecule inhibitor of Hsp110-STAT3 association, effectively inhibits HPAECs proliferation with IC50 of 22.67 uM, binds to bind to Hsp110 with KD of 12.6 uM.
    AN-329/43448068 reduces the expression of p-STAT3 and c-Myc, inhibits hypoxia-induced proliferation and migration of HPAECs.
    AN-329/43448068 effectively ameliorated hypoxia-induced PAH in rats.
    AN-329/43448068 inhibited Hsp110-STAT3 signaling pathway in hypoxia-induced PAH rats.
