ATM-3507 (ATM3507) is a small molecule inhibitor of Tpm3.1 tropomyosin isoform, disrupts Tpm3.1-containing microfilaments in SK-N-SH cells at 5 uM.
ATM-3507 shows cancer cell cytotoxicity comparable with the first-in-class tool compound TR100.
ATM-3507 also shows a strong synergistic effect when TR100 or ATM-3507 were combined with antimicrotubule agents in both in vitro and in vivo neuroblastoma models.
