AXC-715 (T785) trihydrochloride is a small-molecule TLR7 agonist, elicits broad-spectrum antiviral effects, stabilizes TLR7 receptor dimerization to inhibit viral replication.
AXC-715 exhibits direct binding affinity to TLR7 protein, promotes and stabilizes TLR7 dimer formation.
AXC-715 activates NF-κB signaling via a p65-dependent mechanism.
AXC-715 inhibits pseudorabies virus (PRV) and vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) replication in vitro.
AXC-715 suppresses viral replication in a strictly TLR7-dependent manner, specifically impairing viral replication, distinct from adsorption, entry, assembly, or release processes.
