Akt1/2-IN-17 is a potent, selective dual Akt1 and Akt2 inhibitor with IC50 of 3.5 nM and 42 nM, respectively.
Akt1/2-IN-17 shows selectivity for Akt1/2 over Akt3 (IC50=1900 nM), and highly selective over other members of the AGC family of kinases.
Akt1/2-IN-17 inhibit the growth of A2780 tumors in vivo; shows good physical properties and PK profile.
