BI-1935 is also highly active in a cellular Hep G2-DHET assay format with IC50 of <1 nM.
BI-1935 can also be used in vivo and showed a dose dependent effect on mean arterial pressure blood pressure in Dahl salt sensitive rats.
BI-1935 also shows good selectivity against hCYP epoxygenases 2J2/2C9/2C19 and IL-2.
