Biological Activity

BOB-42 is a small molecule inhibitor of RNA polymerase I (Pol I) with IC50 of 0.04 uM and 0.04 uM for degradation of RPA194 and translocation of NCL resepctively.
BOB-42 (50-100 mg/kg) is highly effective in MDM4-high and RPL22-mutant preclinical mouse models.
BOB-42 has desirable potency and DMPK properties compared to BMH-21.
