BOS172722 (BOS-172722) is a potent, selective MPS1 kinase (TTK) inhibitor with biochemical IC50 of 11 nM.
BOS172722 displays 100-fold selectivity over CDK2.
BOS172722 potently inhibits autophosphorylation of ectopically expressed MPS1 in HCT116 cells with IC50 of 63 nM.
BOS172722 demonstrates excellent selectivity against a wide panel of more than 400 kinases as well as a clean CYP and hERG profile.
BOS172722 exhibits robust efficacy in combination with paclitaxel in in vivo models.
