BPU17 specifically binds to PHB1, but not PHB2, inhibits PHB1-PHB2 heterodimer.
BPU17 inhibits phenotypic transition of TGF-β2-stimulated RPEs.
BPU17 suppresses inflammatory stress-induced subretinal fibrosis in mouse model of retinal degeneration.
