    BRACO-19 is a potent small molecule Telomerase inhibitor (IC50=115 nM) that inhibits expression of human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT).
    BRACO-19 induces cellular senescence and inhibits growth of uterine cancer cells in vitro.
    BRACO-19 inhibits growth of uterine tumor xenografts in vivo.
