Biological Activity

BRD0209 is a highly selective, potent, reversible, ATP-competitive GSK3 inhibitor with IC50 of 19 nM/5 nM for GSK3α/GSK3β respectively.
BRD0209 displays remarkable selectivity versus the kinome.
BRD0209 causes a dramatic decrease in autophosphorylation at Tyr279 (pGSK3α) and Tyr216 (pGSK3β) with longer exposure (24h).
