Biological Activity
BRGi-39 (Z448047898) is a selective inhibitor of switch/sucrose non-fermentable (SWI/SNF) complex core ATPase subunit BRG1, blocks BRG1-BRD with exceptional selectivity and high affinity.
BRGi-39 (10 uM) does not significantly inhibit HCC cell proliferation at low doses.
BRGi-39 sensitizes HCC cells to irradiation by augmenting the G2/M arrest and apoptosis, disrupts DDR in irradiated HCC cells.
BRGi-39 sensitizes HCC cells to chemotherapeutic drugs by inhibiting DSB repair.
BRGi-39 sensitizes xenografted liver cancer to chemoradiotherapy.
