Chemical Structure : BZ194
Catalog No.: PC-62061Not For Human Use, Lab Use Only.
BZ194 (BZ-194) is a small molecule inhibitor of NAADP action that inhibit NAADP-mediated Ca2+ signaling in T cells, neither interferes with Ca2+ mobilization by IP3 or cyclic ADP-ribose nor with capacitative Ca2+ entry.

BZ194 specifically and effectively blocks NAADP-stimulated [3H]ryanodine binding to the purified type 1 ryanodine receptor.
BZ194 efficiently suppresses antigen-induced production of the major T cell cytokine IL-2.
