	Blebbistatin is a potent and selective non-muscle myosin II (NMII) inhibitor with IC50 of 0.5-5 uM.
	Blebbistatin inhibits contraction of the cleavage furrow without disrupting mitosis or contractile ring assembly.
	Blebbistatin inhibits pancreatic adenocarcinoma cellular invasiveness; inhibits some myosin II-independent processes.
	Blebbistatin inhibits other activities in the absence of myosin II.
